This product was exactly as described.  The engraving was excellent (as I come from a family of engravers).  The Chief head was amazing and my husband was excited with that, since he is a retired Chief Master Sergeant from the Air Force (34 yrs).  All we need to do now is come up with a bracket to be able to display.  Thank you so much for your expertise and timely matter in this product

Ordered this as a going away gift for my husbands work. I was able to let them know what I was looking for with the engraving. They were always quick to respond to emails. Shipping took a little longer but again all my emails were responded too and always doing what they could to get the product done right and shipped to me. Would use them again for any of our needs.
