I placed an order for a personalized cutting board. I had not received any shipping notifications so I contacted customer service. I spoke with Mike and he was wonderful. There was an issue with UPS however he redid my order and shipped a new one out to me right away. I received in a few days with a hand written note and a gift for the delay. The customer service was wonderful and better yet the product was exceptional. I will be using his services again.
