Engraved SOG FAST TomahawkYou might be surprised to know that tomahawks were used by the US Marines and Army during the Vietnam War in the 1960s and 1970s. Tomahawks were not standard issued weapons, but were used by entire Companies and Special Ops personnel.
Today, the use of hawks in the military continues. Our featured SOG tomahawk looks incredibly similar the tomahawks used in the Vietnam War with some improvements like its 402 stainless steel cutting head and the fiberglass reinforced nylon handle.
